VEGAS NAY FOR TOO FACED || STARDUST PALETTE

Earlier this year Too Faced teamed up with Social Media sensation, Vegas Nay to create this beautiful limited edition palette, Stardust.

I was completely sold on this collaboration the moment I heard about it, and as soon as I set eyes on the palette, I knew I had to have it! Too Faced is one of my favourite make-up brands around - They are cruelty-free, their products are always of the highest quality and they are continuously releasing new, innovative make-up for all of us beauty junkies to enjoy! And as for Vegas Nay, if you do not follow her on Instagram already, you seriously should! She is known for her stunning artistry pictorials and you can learn so much from her feed to help gain ideas to create your own glamorous make-up looks. The different colours used in the looks which she likes to do and feature, translates into the Stardust palette created by her - It certainly does not disappoint!
Included in this kit, you have everything you could possibly need to create a perfect shimmery eye look that is perfect for the upcoming holiday season!
Not only do you receive the palette which is made up of 12 gorgeous eyeshadow shades, but you also get a miniature version of the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara and a miniature tester of the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer, both of which are incredible products! And just when you think this set could not get any better, you find out that it also comes with a loose glitter pigment as well! Could you really ask for much more?!

As you may already know, in any blog post I publish that features a product, I have to take a second to talk about the packaging - and this one is no exception. I understand that outer packaging has no effect on the quality of the actual product you are purchasing, but for me it is still a factor that I always look at, no matter what I am buying. I am always drawn to a product more if it is aesthetically pleasing.
Personally I love the whole look of the packaging for the Vegas Nay Stardust palette. Yes, it is slightly bulky when in the box, so if you plan on keeping it like this, make sure you have a fair amount of space to store it. However, if you are wanting the palette to travel with, it does pull out separately from the box and its casing is quite small and slender, so it is easily portable and will not take up a lot of room.
When you remove the sleeve cover, the actual box itself which contains everything, opens up like a little book. Before you get into the make-up, the first thing you see is an introduction to Vegas Nay and some Instagram pictures taken from her feed, of eye make-up looks which have been created using this palette. It is very creative and very different to anything else I have. Personally, I adore the overall design - You can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into it.

In my personal opinion, Too Faced Shadows are some of the best on the market and I know a lot of you will also agree with me on that one. They are so creamy, so blend-able and they are super pigmented as well.
The Stardust palette includes a variety of 12 beautiful matte and shimmery eyeshadow shades, ranging from a light cream to a stark black. From Neutrals to pops of colour, this palette really does hold all of the shades you could possibly need to create a ton of dazzling looks.

Speaking of the different looks that can be created purely out of this palette, the set comes fully equipped with these amazing Instagram inspired how-to 'Glamour Guides'.
You will receive six of these cards in the kit, each one teaching you how to create a different glamorous eyeshadow look in just a couple of simple steps. The looks showcased really highlight the versatility of this palette, because you can see how the looks range from soft and neutral to bold and dramatic. There really is something for everyone!

On the back of each 'Glamour Guide' picture, is the written step-by-step tutorial explaining what shades to use and where to place them on the eyelid to achieve the desired look shown on that particular picture. It also has a small array of pictures around the outside of the bullet points to show you a rough guide of what your eye look should be looking like after each change you make. I love how the pictures show the build up and how the shadows should look along the way until you complete the overall look. Having the pictures as well as a written out tutorial is amazing because you can read what to do, follow the instructions carefully and then check after each step to see that your make-up is looking how it should be - this way you know wether your on the right tracks. It has been a really clever idea to incorporate the Vegas Nay touch and create a user-friendly make-up set, wether you are a pro or just having some fun, I am sure you will find it extremely useful.

Including a selection of Deluxe-sized products into the Stardust kit is a lovely finishing touch by Too Faced. The three products which they decided to include can change up an eye make-up look completely, and they are definite essentials for any make-up lover!
The first sample is a mini version of the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, which is in fact many peoples favourite mascara. It builds volume and length without getting clumpy, it holds a curl all day and it does not flake off and end up everywhere on your face. It holds every trait I look for in a mascara and I have been loving it since I first tried it a few months back..I now have four tubes of it in collection ready as back ups for when I run out. Is that too much? Probably.
The next sample sized product you receive is a Too Faced Shadow Insurance eye-shadow primer. I have not used this primer yet myself, but I have heard nothing but amazing reviews about it! You simply apply this all over your eyelids first before applying any eyeshadows, and supposedly it acts like glue to hold the eye make-up in place all day long and prevent it from creasing. An eyeshadow primer or base is a must have product to have in your collection, because it is essential in helping you to achieve a seamless finished look that lasts all day.
Last but certainly not least, the sparkly star of the show..The Too Faced loose pigment in the shade, 'Nude Beam'. This is such a beautiful pigment and I cannot wait to use it in some up and coming looks for the holiday season, as it is the perfect colour for this time of the year. It is an iridescent nude champagne shade which will compliment so many different eye looks!

If you cannot tell already, I am extremely impressed with the Too Faced Vegas Nay Stardust palette..I absolutely love it! If you are after getting yourself some new cruelty-free makeup, that is packed with outstanding quality products which are extremely versatile then look no further, this is the palette for you!

I hope you have all enjoyed getting a little peak at this beauty, even though I am sure you have seen it before. But lets be honest, it is so pretty, can you really admire it TOO much?!
I was a bit hesitant about publishing this post today due to the fact that the Vegas Nay Stardust palette is a limited edition product which is actually now sold out I believe, but I figured some of you may of wanted to see it regardless. I am really sorry that it will be more difficult to get your hands on this palette now, but if you still do have hope of getting it, I recommend always checking eBay and Depop to see if anybody is selling it - you never know your luck, you might grab a bargain!

Thank you all so much for reading. Do not forget to follow me on Bloglovin' to make sure you do not miss out on any future posts, and in that case, I will speak to you soon.

Lots of Love,
ALICIA
