Jewellery is a girls best friend, right? And as the saying goes, 'the best presents come wrapped in blue'.
As a girl who is completely smitten with Tiffany & Co, I could not agree more with this statement. As soon as I see that little duck-egg blue box, I know there is going to be a beautiful piece of jewellery found inside.
Up until 2014, I had only ever admired Tiffany & Co jewellery from afar. I had always wanted to treat myself to a little something special from there before, but because I do not wear jewellery that often, I always talked myself out of finalising a purchase and I would find something different that I deemed 'more important' to buy. However, at the end of 2014 I turned the big 21 and both my mum and my boyfriend said that they wanted to get me a meaningful present that I could keep forever. They asked me for some ideas and after a lot of deliberation I finally decided that it was the perfect occasion to ask for my first ever Tiffany treats! Once my mum and Dale had agreed, I headed over to the Tiffany & Co website to pick out some pieces that I liked, just to share with them as neither of them were 100% sure on the sort of jewellery I liked to wear (As I said before, I am not a big jewellery wearer). Honestly, choosing just a couple of items from there made for some tough decision making, especially since I really had no idea what I was after myself. Did I want a ring, a necklace, a bracelet? Could't I just have it all? The entire range that they offer is absolutely breathtaking and I think I got a little bit overwhelmed looking at it all. Before making a hasty decision, I sat back and thought about the sort of piece I wanted. I knew I was after something elegant, delicate and timeless, so I chose to search the 'Return to Tiffany' collection and this is when I found exactly the sort of jewellery I was after.

The 'Return to Tiffany' range was first introduced in 1969 and it was inspired by the iconic key ring. Each piece of jewellery in this collection is inscribed with the message 'Please Return to Tiffany & Co. New York' and this has now become a Hallmark of Tiffany & Co. The collection includes multi heart and oval shaped tags suspended from necklaces, bracelets and bangles. Earrings, cuffs and rings can also be found emblazoned with this famous phrase.
As I started browsing through this range it was becoming more apparent of the pieces of jewellery I gravitate towards and I soon found one particular piece that I feel head over heels in love with..The Bead Bracelet. I was drawn to the simplicity and elegance of it and it is everything I was looking for. I love the fact that the small heart tag is double sided, so one side is engraved with the classic 'Return to Tiffany' symbol and the other side has the gorgeous Tiffany blue enamel is pure head-to-toe perfection. The bracelet is so dainty and it looks so sophisticated when it is on that I never want to take it off my wrist!

After finding my dream Tiffany bracelet, I had to find something that Dale could get me, and so of course I headed straight to the ring section. To be honest, at first not a lot stood out to me. Everything in the range was a little too over the top for me and I was looking for just a plain band that I could wear everyday without being too 'bling'. Just as I was about to give up and start looking for something else, I stumbled upon the 'I Love You' ring, fitting, ey? Instantly I knew that this was the gift I would love to receive from Dale because it came with a meaningful message, unlike any other ring I had come across. The band is extremely narrow, and the elegant script has been inspired by hand written letters..It is stunning beyond belief.

With Valentines Day being just around the corner, you have the perfect excuse to treat yourself (or to start dropping hints to your loved one), because opening up that little blue box from Tiffany & Co will make you feel like the most special women around.
These two pieces are absolute favourites of mine from the whole Tiffany & Co range, and they prove that you do not have to spend a fortune to get a beautiful piece of jewellery from the brand. As luxurious as Tiffany & Co is, they offer pieces like these ones from as low as £100, (which is similar to what you would pay in Pandora) and for that price you are getting an outstanding quality piece of jewellery, which is timeless and will last you a lifetime.
What is your favourite Jewellery brand? Do you own anything from Tiffany & Co?
